Every delivery is scheduled 20 days in advance through our management software, and we deal directly with the retailer, the companies and the end customer. Cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the scheduled date.
For everything that needs no assembly we offer a simple delivery service with 3.5-tonne vans. We operate daily across Friuli and Veneto and, on request, further afield.
For furniture, on the other hand, our service goes well beyond delivery: our highly skilled crews deliver the goods and assemble them to a professional standard, carrying out any carpentry work needed on site. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms, with full equipment on board every van.
Every delivery, even of a single shelf, comes with a form signed by the end customer confirming that the home has not been damaged and that the furniture matches the order. Afterwards we prepare a photo report showing the composition, the details and any part to be replaced, and send it to the retailer. We also handle after-sales service, returns and waste disposal.
