Delivery planning
Every delivery is scheduled through our management software, and we deal directly with the retailer, the companies and the end customer.

Delivery and assembly
For furniture our service goes well beyond delivery: our highly skilled crews deliver the goods and assemble them to a professional standard, carrying out any carpentry work needed on site.

- Two carpenters from our own staff on every delivery
- Collection and disposal of waste at the end of the job
Our method
Every delivery, in six steps.
Suppliers unload at our warehouse and every package is recorded in our management software.
The delivery is set 20 days in advance, and we handle the contact with the end customer.
The crew prepares the van at the warehouse the evening before.
Two carpenters deliver the goods and assemble them to a professional standard.
The end customer signs the delivery form and we send the photo report to the retailer.
We collect packaging and waste and dispose of them in accordance with current regulations.
Suppliers unload at our warehouse and every package is recorded in our management software.

We work both B2B and B2C, delivering and assembling furniture in showrooms and for contract supplies to hotels and hospitality facilities, while for private customers the same service comes straight to their home, whether it is a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom or a living room. We also provide retailers with unbranded vans, so that for the end customer the delivery remains theirs.
